1. Photograph of the existing house / shed
2. ₹200 Stamp Paper in the name of the beneficiary
3. Two photographs each of the applicant and spouse
4. Ration Card
5. Aadhaar Cards of the applicant and spouse
6. Bank Passbook of the applicant
7. Election Identity Cards of the applicant and spouse
8. Employment Card
9. Income Certificate
10. Caste Certificate (for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe beneficiaries)
11. Copy of the Title Deed / Consent Letter
12. Property Tax Receipt
13. Possession Certificate
14. Certificate issued by the Village Officer / Tribal Officer confirming that no Government financial assistance has been received for house construction or housing renovation
15. Building Construction Permit / NOC issued by the Grama Panchayat
